I have an update. The bill hasn't been brought up in committee yet. Rep. Hammer has been dealing with some other bills. I'm meeting up with him along with a couple folks from the transportation committee today at 1300 to go over the bill and any concerns. This way it will be brought up in...
Yeah for some reason it will not let you save them when you enlarge the thumbnail. That is strange. You can save the the thumbnail but they are tiny. Here is what I got.
Yeah that will work. Just make sure you know where it is being saved to. If I download stuff off the internet and don't tell it where to save it to, my PC automatically saves it in a download folder.
I finally replaced the steering stabilizer along with front and rear shocks because they were all shot. All Monroe parts. I got a good deal on them from Advance Auto Parts. I get a $90 mail in rebate on them. I can't wait to go out in it for a drive.
Exactly!!! I do like the Flintstone idea. Yabba dabba do!!!!!!!!
I can understand not missing the son getting married. Well you will be missed at the convoy. I look forward to seeing you at Petit Jean, maybe we can arrange some decent get together between now and then that works into your...
Man.... You have totally gone over to the dark side. I may not be able to associate with you at any more events. :)
Great find!!! Think you'll have it running with the milk crate for the convoy in May? :)
Wow!! Sorry to hear about that. I wonder if the batteries began to off gas and then poof, fire. It makes me want to keep a closer eye on my battery compartment.
Yeah, that is what gets me is the time consuming part plus I would get anxious to get it painted and rush it. At least if I take it somewhere to have it done then I don't have to deal with all that. Plus I have a bunch of other projects to do too. The motor pool is always in need of constant...
I have the same issue but just haven't gotten around to fixing it plus I wanted to do some research into what I was tearing into first. I'll have to look through the -24p and see if it has a diagram of taking it apart. You don't happen to have a part number for the air dryer. I want to see if...
Good job!!! Great tips as well. Now I didn't replace my 4" section which I am sure that I will be regretting at some point in the future. I did replace the other hoses. I also bought and installed weather stripping as well. I saw the same misaligned gap between the duct and defrost. I...
If he doesn't buy it I would be interested. I'll be driving back to Arkansas from Oregon at the end of the month so I can drive by to get it on my way. You wouldn't have to deal with shipping. Just let me know if the deal falls through.
When I was a newbie and got my first deuce, I printed out the whole operator's manual. I did it at work and it filled a 3" 3 ring binder. Now that was one sided printing. Now I just print out what I need when I need it. It is much easier.
Hey, you've got to start somewhere. Most of us at first go over budget, well, maybe more than at first. :) And you are correct about Warthog. I had the privilege of meeting him last year. I look forward to seeing how your restoration turns out.
