Diesel, if you don't get zapped you can spend a few months in my S250 shelter till she gives up the search. Just be care full at night when you go out to pee, the coyotes around here can't be trusted. 🐕
Congrats SCM35A2. I liked all the pictures and information on your truck. Also, a well done to all other contestants and those that took the time to vote. [thumbzup]
SCM35A2 looks like you've started out with your truck much like I did with mine 17 years ago. After all these years the one major part I'm still missing is a hard top like the one you have in your trucks bed. Is it FS??
One last idea. Here is an M35A2 with the larger S280 Shelter. The S280 Shelter has about 2/3 more space than the S250 shelter and fits snug in the bed of a standard M35A2/3. Some like this one come with A/C.
Looks like Jack has lots of diamonds in the rough. I may go visit Jack myself, as my regular parts place Idaho Motor Pool is closing. The owner Alex Gordon is retiring from the MV business. Alex is one of the good guys in the hobby.
I shy away from bobbers. The Govt. never issued this style of truck and if you're going to make a camper type truck you will have less room to work with due to the bobbers bed being shorter. You will find yourself needing extra room for unexpected cargo, such as a generator, ice chest, water...
