I am no machinist, though it struck me the same way. The gouges are running perpendicular to the rotation, not with it. Those didn't happen inside a spinning PTO–

LMTV 3126B Barometric pressure sensor fault code and location

Our 3126b originally configured at 275hp does not have the barometric pressure sensor. My casual studies suggest a 330hp 3126b does. The code in our unit showed after flashing the ECM for 330hp. The pressure reading is unchanging. Perhaps we had the code before, though I am pretty sure not...

LMTV 3126B Barometric pressure sensor fault code and location

As I recall, if you don't have 15, ECM has a default static barometric pressure. If you recently reprogrammed ECM it is looking for sensor and not finding it, (error code), though still using statice default pressure— I believe the CAT part numbers are one number different—

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

When I look at our ECM using Dearborn or CAT ET software our's shows how much fuel used and mileage all time. So, in Bluefire our Average Fuel Economy is only 4.6mpg. I don't wish the reset the lifetime numbers, though not entirely useful. In Bluefire I have tried using the trip distance...

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

I did ignition, though as I am cleaning up the cab interior and adding another fuse block for power doors and windows on the driver's footkick, Bluefire will be constant, too—

ECO Hubs Who needs 3:07 gears?

I was looking for a photo with the drums off, before I pulled the wheel hub plates though no luck. I am certain when we did the rear axle seals we pulled wheels/tires, drums, then hubs. We didn't pull the EcoHub covers and plates before pulling the drums. Here is a detail of a rear hub off...

    ERV or HRV, including CERV

The challenge in a small space is that as the number of air changes increases the efficiency drops. Balancing the air exchange rate is important, though as long as you heater/cooler can maintain comfort the only 'problem' I see is a reduction in the energy savings—

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

As I recall 'A' is ground, 'B' is power. I clipped the red wire on one of the "Y" connectors and attached to 12v feed. The Bluefire adaptor hasn't burned yet—

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

1— I agree. As yet I have not taken the time to learn the backend of the Bluefire software; 2— We have a 3126b, no idea what Bluefire sees from the C7, @Third From Texas has a Bluefire adaptor The RV OEM apparently wired the oil pressure sensor to feed the J1939 system. According to the CAT...

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

We have a 9 pin adaptor. Our data port is 24v. We bought a splitter and replaced the 24v feed wire on one with a 12v feed. Now we have two 9-pin ports at our left knee, a 12v and 24v. I was hoping to use the bluefire to create a glass dash, though our ECU/ECM systems and the bluefire share...

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

Bluefire makes a 9 pin adaptor and app to read various systems from J1939, J1708 and CANBUS. We have one, though our military systems offer more a teaser of information than enough to build a glass dash. You have to convert or add a 12v connector to the connector at your left knee to use the...

Eco Hubs 3.90 or 3.07 for Best Fuel mileage

I agree CAT's suggestion surprised me, too. Though that is a quote from their spec sheet for 'balanced performance and fuel efficiency'. Attached sheet to post #17. Our M1078A1 with the 330hp tuned 3126b doesn't like 7th gear at 60mph. We have to go faster than we wish to get into 7th, then...

CTIS pressure settings increase - no programming, transducer, or module required.

As @GeneralDisorder does, I *assume* the M939A2 CTIS ECU will plug and play in the LMTV A0 variants. Easy enough to check. Use the M939A2 CTIS schematic from post#65 and match to your A0 schematic?
