there is no air in system only antifreeze so I don't see how soapy water would find anything? the bloc chek only requires 2 or 3 pumps to show what it finds, very quick. it will find a gasket leak that you don't even know about. sounds like you have nothing wrong.
block-chek is the only thing that will tell you positively head gasket combustion leak. I know I said that already but it is like magic. Now your problem could be many things including the tester leaking down. The pressure or coolant is going somewhere, my money is on the tester leaking. Did...
Buy a bloc-check kit. Cheap and you will use it again somewhere. It has blue fluid that turns yellow with gasses of combustion. It is fool proof and will detect an extremely small leak, one that you would not even know about. Used it for 40 years or more.
go to that auction site and search for 'crimper SN-48B' This is the basic crimper that will do uninsulated terminals. If you go to ali express there are hundreds more. I have 5 or 6 of these as well as automated machines that strip and crimp from reels of terminals, a real time saver.
thanks and please change your font to white, black is almost impossible to read.
Sorry that does not help, and that info is not correct anyway. The 2 pin plug is just 24 volt and ground. The 4 pin plug is 12 volt illumination and 24 volt for the blower and 2 ground wires. I need to know where in...
on a 06 A1R, where is the 24 v supply that the 2 wire plug goes to? that is the orange and black wires.
I have the evaporator coil from a MRAP which is rated 33,070 BTU, the gen 2 is just a little larger so I would assume at least that rating.
Thanks, Tom
I have a 06 A1R and wonder if at least the power supply connector is in the harness of the truck for the A/C unit. The blower and lights connector is the same one as just the heater uses, but it also needs 24 volt from the PDP. I have the schematic for the unit but since it is an A1R nothing...
OK, well you have to be old to know this, but if this is a low hour engine and you are only concerned with re seating the rings, take the intake off, disable the fan, get a box of BonAmi and with the intake disconnected dust it into the engine at an idle. This WILL work for compression and oil...
