If you have not already purchased the batteries I would suggest going to Tractor supply and going for 2 excide batteries. TS will warranty no questions asked and they are only 15 dollars more than the Wal-Mart batteries.
Rusty,
Would you mind taking the top plastic cover off and taking pictures of the batteries and maybe getting some measurements off of them please? This would be so helpful. Unless you know off top of your head:D
DieselAddict,
Seems like you really know your stuff. But I guess my thoughts on this are if they are already running and have reached the desired temp then it would freeze as quickly as any other mechanism as long as the temperatures are the same. since rusty will be keeping his running 24/7...
Ha I know they are absolutely fun to move on my own. 148lbs wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so large. They are great units they got down to temp in a decent amount of time as well. I am impressed.

One more thing to add to the discrepancy in that document is the fact that the 17-digit VIN was not mandatory until 1981. That can NOT be applied to your M35a2. Just a little thought.....
Find a nice quad cab 1991-1997 f250 or 350 4x4 with zf5 tranny and a 7.38) or something similar . Quad cab is best and maybe smart to not go dually, might be cheaper at border crossings.
Mate!?
Seriously, this isn't camping!
You need to cook over open flames like men do when going 'bush'.
Nothing else is acceptable!
;)
Very nice unit you have there, I wonder how it compares to my Engel fridge/Freezers,...?
Mine can freeze down to -18 Deg C
How many Ltrs capacity do you have...
This is a sad thing to see. It doesn't really matter the type of vehicle they were in btw in my opinion. If they were in a Corolla or a semi truck if it's time... Well it's time. God bless their families.

You should test the internal batteries. Looks like in freeze mode they last 8 hours. If they charge during day might be sufficient for night and after the battery runs out the temp loss difference is 5 degrees after 4 more hours I think.
