You are talking about two completely different animals.
Unless you have the proper military truck, stay with the the M1101/2.
Sure the M105s are cheap.
There’s a reason for that.
They are a big, wide, heavy trailer that sits high and you will most likely never be able to have it sit...
For whatever reason, the correct replacement brake levers are impossible to find.
I can find everything else but the brake levers.
Lots for sale online claiming to fit, but they are the wrong ones.
Last time I looked anyway.
If you score some off a trailer being salvaged then...
Get two Optima Red Tops and a solar charger and be done with it.
I have had excellent results with all my Optimas
Don’t go cheap on battery’s.
Especially if it’s for emergency home power.
You do get what you pay for.
Running the generator once a week for an hour (+-) will keep everything...
Dexter and Redline both still carry the wheel brake cylinders.
Bearings, seals, brake parts, etc.
Croft Trailer carries all the factory parts for the surge brake assembly. HydroAct
Including the correct master cylinder.
It’s a simple system and easy to get going again.
Works wonderful and...
The front has the felt liners, the rear does not.
Didn’t want them.
The truck is super quiet inside and out.
My 2006 GMC 2500HD Diesel was much louder.
It was a trade in for this new one.
The splash guards and B&W gooseneck hitch get installed Tuesday.
It’s my first dually and it drives...
I’ve had this about two weeks now.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD High Country.

Spray a good penetrate oil on and in it and let it sit for a day or two.
Repeat the spray a few times during that time.
Then see if it...
Yea Kubota is proud of their parts.
I damaged the one on my tractor and the price of a new one was insane.
Luckily the local radiator shop fixed it up like new.
Glad yours is up and running
Step back and take a deep breath.
Maybe even a day or two.
Start one wire at a time and check entire wire.
Each and every single one.
Relays and solenoid, etc.
The wiring is old and most certainly has corrosion, even Underneath the insulation.
Maybe ones busted inside but looks just fine...
It’s a very heavy trailer and built like a tank.
When I had my M925A2, it handled my M989A1 decently enough.
Just had to watch tight turns.
It didn’t have the tongue extension and they would barely make contact with each other in a tight turn.
I had a similar issue. ( I never manually rotated engine though).
Problem was the starter switch on top of the steering column.
One contact had gotten hot enough and melted the plastic, causing the intermittent issue.
When the plastic melted, the contact moved out of correct position.
Then...
You definitely get what you pay for in watches.
When I first arrived at my unit after flight school, I flew with as many Vietnam Veterans as I possibly could.
Learned a ton from them that still benefits me to this day.
I hadn’t a clue back then about watches.
My daily watch in 1989 was a...
