They are just gonna fly out right before we convoy into town to eat lunch, then they are gonna hang out with us for a little bit afterwards and let people look at the choppers and take the pilots on some of the trails.

Quick update for the rally. I am working with Ft Hood to arrange 1 or 2 helicopters to come out and land at the camp site Saturday. More than likely it will be an AH-64 Apache and possible a CH-47 Chinook. This is still in the works and not a sure thing yet, but wanted everyone to know what may...

We are staying and eating far enough north of the stadium and most of the football crowd, that this should not be a problem. We also have a room already reserved for us, so that shouldn't be a problem either. Feel free to bring backup supplies just in case something happens to this plan.
