The weather has cooperated today and it's warmish and I have sunshine.
I'd like to remove the windshield today, but have no idea how to remove the pictured items. Do the simply spin off?

Your VIN is 094010742 based on your frame stamp (which BTW is one of the CLEANEST stamps I've ever seen) and you should be able to find your VIN which will give your trucks year.
Progress made today:
Removed both fenders and separated them into their components, had to se the cutting wheel to get a few off that didn't want to loosen up or stripped out with the impact...
Changed the coil, the positive wire ring terminal only had 3 wires holding it on!
