I've been designing and building over the windshield shelf pockets on both sides that will have a double DIN stereo in between. Each side has two openings and one opening is big enough and deep enough for a 15-16 inch laptop. They are lighted with red LED neon rope lights.
I saw this while cruising eBay today

I had a very good experience with feltz tire they are located in Texas and also Wisconsin. I got two Goodyear mv/ts and a complete wheel assembly for my fmtv from them for about $600 delivered to the other side of Wisconsin where I purchased my truck

I couldn't help but add the Master Lock 770 latches that I have on the real truck. Anybody thinking about making one of these kids I printed a bunch of extra little Master Lock brackets which I will sell on eBay.
I also designed and printed from carbon fiber infused PETG, a nice holder you can...
Yeah the kit is very well done and yes I airbrushed the paint which came out better than the paint on my real truck! I wish I could find even thevsmall material handling crane that fits into the bed pockets for my real truck but I can't seem to find them anywhere I don't even know who makes...
Oh and did I mention cross RC is based in Oshkosh a lot of the people designing these models worked for Oshkosh and other military truck companies. And a Samsung gear 360 camera fits perfectly where the driver seat would be, if you drill a 1/4 inch hole in the floor and screw it in
It is an RC truck! Comes with the motor, assembled transmission, assembled axles, lights and light board. Your supply your own radio, receiver, servos, and battery. Sounds board optional. Frame and suspension is steel!
Just finished painting my cross RC 1:11th scale lmtv to match the big truck. They list it as 1:12 scale fc6 model but it's actually 1:11 scale after I measured things and found out.
Contact Dave Anderson at RV Globe Trekker they're not cheap but those boxes are very nice and you can get a zero torsion subframe to mount it on! Unless you can find a nice s280 shelter to mount in the back and go the Sean Filner route.

A friend of a friend has an m1078 registered in California. I haven't asked him how he did it yet. I'll see if I can get a hold of him and figure out what he did. The other issue that unless it's classified as an RV which you can't do unless there's a permanent habitat with a few minimum...
Thanks for all the advice! A Swiss machinist friend of mine is making me a piece similar to what tiger tool sells that screws onto the nut and then you hit it. I think I have a pickle fork somewhere though I'm not sure if it's big enough. Also does anyone know where to get the protective boot...
Does anyone know if the ball joint threads for the tapered fitting at the ends of the drag link are M20 by 1.5, or 3/4 16? They are so close I can't tell. My boots are torn up and I have new boots to replace them with but try as I might I can't get the stupid thing out. Tiger tool makes a nice...
