I'm guessing that Winter is back, for this year anyway.
I got two old hockey buddies who now live in Anchorage, one in-town and one outside the city, and they tell me the temperature there currently is mostly plain "nothing" (zero).
Well, I guess tht was it then:
- We were booking along over the Atlantic about 60 above the water. It felt like we were REAL close, and I guess we were!
I just kept eyeballing the Loadmaster. As long as he didn't seem concerned I figured we were okay.
It was so LOUD inside that thing that...
OHHHH, I got it now, just a little hiccup in the many subtleties of language:

Can't recall the chapter and verse, but it's there short-and-sweet
All this sounds pretty much like total condemnation of the whole operation and enterprise.
Wonder if the award of their operating contract was some kind of "no compete" award. Sure sounds like it:
- Has all the smell of insider trading/ cronyism
Like why should they care, nobody appears to be...
It was a "kind of a crime", but understandable, sure, entirely:
- The leadership was focused on the business of the company, the volume and profitability. That makes sense.
Concerns about historic record and preserving the old stories? That didn't bring in any cash-flow. So no one to blame...
Some bud in NJ is building year-round indoor snow "mountains" using old shopping malls for the venue:
- The whole grooming problem just goes away I'm guessing...
Crazy, right?!
