If you have water, it will settle in the bottom of the filter. So when you drain the filter any water will come out first. If no water comes out you are fine.
I've been fixing the fold up tables on broth my trailer. I've replaced the looses or missing pop rivets with SS bolt and lock nuts.
I picked up a new cutting to replace the missing one on my new trailer. I got it at Sam's for $9, it's almost the right size.
That tag is more than likely the MWO tag for seat belts. A depot rebuild tag is much bigger. A new motor does not mean rebuild , the military will replace a motor for the dumbest things.
