90 degree fitting at the trans going to the oil cooler? The trans side of the elbow has an o ring. You can probably replace with a generic. The newer style ones also have an o ring on the flare side. If its leaking there and your elbow dosnt have the o ring in a groove on the flare then you can...
If the truck starts then the torque converter module is bolted up. I don’t think it’s a matter of broken bolts somewhere. Something inside the converter assembly itself is damaged.
If you are at the batts and you have 12v between the two and at the lead going to the 12v side of the polarity box thats 2 feet away follow it to the box and see whats going on.
Wtec2 the neutral and other safety relays are in the vim module behind passenger kick panel. Or you can jump the aux solenoid contactor its on the drivers side frame rail behind the steering reservoir.
The polarity box has 4 connections. 12 and 24 volt in and 12 and 24 volt out. Measure the v-in and then v-out. Should only be around 1/3 of a volt drop across each
There should be 2 wires going to the regulator. I wouldnt connect anything to the rear regulator terminal. It just needs 24v at the front regulator terminal to excite it. One of the small leads should have 24v (only when the engine is running). There should be a ground strap and an engine...
Its not too bad with 2 people. Its just heavy. One person above it with a strap to lower it down to the person below works well. Lots of wires take pics mark the wires before removal.
Depends on the year of the truck and what engine it has. I would start with battery terminals and the elbow bolts. Main ground at starter. Power wires coming into the cab. Alternator cabling. Make sure the alternator isnt going into protect for some reason or loosing excite power momentarily...
Its an applied hvac trailer. TMs are in the generator section. Whats not working on it? Did you replace the fuel filters. There is a catch screen in the lift pump and the pumps go bad also.
I have complete v belt upgrade kits for the 3126. Maybe your truck has the kit. I can try to see if there is an inv in the kit tomorrow. Whats your truck serial number I may be able to look that way too.
I got mine close with a tape measure and some string. I would like to find a place to do a real alignment but the tires dont fit on the semi truck alignment machine.
