I just replaced mine but didn't use leds...I am a big led guy and think the gauge back ground lights can be led....the ones I use can be dimmed and work great...I am not sure if they can be used for the alternator warning lights as the power may not pass through like a conventional light bulb to...
I did mine a few months ago but can't remember which part numbers I used. I should have them in my build thread though I'll look. Ok I looked and it shows I replaced them but didn't show part numbers...I used the dorman brand 625-154 and 625-155. Both fit very well with one exception...the...
I don't but I I know a guy that might, I'll call him in the morning and find out...he's got a bunch, I purchased one from him a few months ago...He is in York Pa though but I don't think shipping would be to bad for something that light.
I always wondered how the glow plug card knew when the engine started, now I know how! My truck needs new plugs as the system works but doesn't like to start when it's below 40 or so...one more thing to add to the list of parts! It really is a simple setup that works very well.
You certainly can go with a built 700...the parts they have now actually make them work and not self grenade every other week...there's a reason these didn't come with them and being they really were an absolute design and parts nightmare is just a small one...the 2 parts I think I have heard...
That's a 24R21....It fits a 6x6 airport fire truck...I don't think that tire would fit anywhere on a 1009!! If you know anyone that needs a NOS tire this is a good one!
I actually had to go look since my son is welding up this side...the steel is 0.40 thick and really welds very easy...gas is set at 12 or so pounds. The mask is a huge part of this process too as a non adjustable one can be hard to see through. He welds the edge together first, sands off the top...
So the parts collection and welding is going good. Found a front grill guard today that I will put on the new project civ...have several fenders, 4 window glass and a bunch of fenders...we are so close to getting his blazer done and he's getting really good at welding and fitting parts he has made.
You can use a tape on the threads, there can be a aluminum ring for a crush seal that could be there depending if it was lost before or smashed on the drain bolt...I say that because they do fall off into the drain pan and get lost. Check the driveshaft for the inside cap that seals the end of...
I bet that would work...a local truck shop might have something or hydraulic shop...I'll look up a hose company I use and see if they have something like that.

Yup that's it! I had both columns out when I did mine so it was right in my face and didn't know it would go on if I flipped it, tried it and it fit...kinda like a light bulb goin on...I am big on swapping out everything on a part before I install a new one so it was not that hard to see. Glad...
So I found another one to turn into a fun truck that is a 6.2 civ version blazer...probably do a mil clone with it...bumpers n such. I thought you all would get a kick out of the fuel filter setup they had on it!! The guy I bought it from didn't know what it was so he took it off...ugh..gotta...
