The bearing outside race is an exact match so it fits the rubber perfectly. The inner race is a little narrower but holds the shaft well. This is one of those items that were over engineered to the max. Very little load on this bearing.

That product is called BIO CLEAN by Power Services. It's an antimicrobial agent and does an incredible job at killing the bacteria and microorganisms that grow in fuel .
But.....it aint cheap. NAPA carries it or any place that carries Power Service products can order it.

The part # on the M38 sender is different but the unit is the same. There must be something diff but don't know what. Some had a brass float and some are cork. Maybe that accounts for the diff part #. I've had one in mine for about ten years now and it's works great.

The fuel sending unit that was installed by ConDec was the unit out of an M-38. The brake shoes are from a M-715, the inst. cluster is from a m151 etc. etc. etc....

A tip for all Goat drivers, Check the bolts and nuts that hold the front diff to the hull/transfer case, every once in a while. They come loose and will cause bad things to happen to the transfer case. If you add some Lucas gear oil additive to the transfer you'll never have to...
