Did they stop calling it personal message and start calling it “start a conversation”?
I’ve sent Scadskunk and Middleman a start a conversation and I don’t think they are getting the message. If not, how do you start a PM?
This is the truck I purchased pulled the box of and resold the truck. It spent time in Iraq and had battle scares to prove it!
An AK round that hit the box front right corner just above the cab on the passenger side.
I left it there when I painted it.
I agree an o ring groove machined int the nut would be better. I did find a copper sealing crush washer that would work at McMaster Carr. But I like the o ring idea better.
BUT...... unless I can find 4 of the wheel CTIS valves I’m dead in the water.
4 broken bolts and the diaphragm seat so...
Helper air bags on the rear springs to control ride height when fully loaded. Individually controlled so at the camp site I’ll be able to lower pressure in one raise the other one or raise both of them or lower both of them....all in an effort to help level it out.
Thanks middleman,
So after looking more closely at my wheels and trying to find a solution to the acorn nut problem.
Here is what I’ve found. The ID of this hole is 1.580”, the stud is 1 1/8”-16 and if you look closely you can see a shiny circle outlining the hole measuring 2.00” makes me think...
Relocated the exhaust further back to make room for the generator.
Finished converting the MEP531-A diesel generator into a brushless 3kw enclosed generator. Complete with a fan that pulls 250 cubic feet through the enclosure every minute to keep it cool.
🤣 It only sticks out 4’ beyond the original box! Have you driven one of these vehicles? It definitely doesn’t go done the tight trails like my Jeep Wrangler. Driving one of these on trails requires a little more skill and awareness but totally doable.
Thanks, It’s a Jeep/Dodge color that goes by a couple names. It’s the same as my 2019 grand Cherokee. Jeep calls it Sting Gray, Dodge calls it Destroyer Gray. So I’m sticking with Destroyer Grey.
Sorry I’ve been keeping in the dark for the last year. I’ve been under a hard deadline to get the exterior mostly done, because I was losing the shop I had available free of rent. I’ll be finishing the interior in my driveway. The first picture I posted was it in my driveway.
It’s permanent.
I was testing the motorcycle hoist. It will ride in this position after I fabricate a mount for it.
There is a hatch in the back porch roof above the motorcycle. You can see the steps in front of the motorcycle. The porch roof will also be a seating/ standing platform.
