I have a single cover I saved from the old ones but the new ones will be tighter fitting. I will see if I can find it and an high back seat to put it on ;)
Guys we are gauging interest in special forces style seat covers for high back seats. These are not a direct copy at all and will likely be less for clips and such and more for more civilian type accessories. They will have open pockets, zippered ones and velcro openings on the backs and on...

So my trucks and cars for that matter all have supplemental heating. I live and work at 7000+ feet in Northern Utah. For HMMWVs and CUCVs I like the following:
Engine Oil pan heater mat 500W-1000W
Transmission pan heater mat 500W
Engine coolant recirculating pump heater 1000W (KATS and others...
Hey guys, we have started a blog with tech articles for HUMVEE AND CUCV 6.2 and 6.5 engines trucks. Our fist article is up now. We are looking to add these at least monthly. Hope these help out a few folks!

I can drive in 3' of snow. Of course is it Utah snow and not that heavy stuff you guys back east get. I run dual heaters (front and back) and can basically turn winter to summer in 5 mins ;)
You will need to call me and get a couple of parts. The turbo kits are sightly different and have a lower block plate design and a hard 90 deg at the plate to clear the before mentioned bracket. We keep them in stock for just what you are doing.
Separate question for my customers now. We had a customer with a 6.5T HMMWV that had some clearance issues with the wastegate actuator bracket on the passenger side being too close to the block plate fitting. We have installed three in our shop without issue so we are assuming his might have...
A lot of comments here. Simply put the statements about overall system temp not significantly changing are absolutely correct. There is however an efficiency improvement due to the fact that the front two cylinders are overcooled which reduces power in diesels. The rears are overheated which...
It was discussed that using IR external temps is the least conclusive temperature testing as it is influenced more by underhood temps than internal block temps. Direct contact sensing is the only way to really properly see what is happening. The fact that the fan comes on less and with less...
We do NOT expect much if any gain in HP/TQ directly from the balanced cooling effect of the kit. That being said one excellent way to kill power in a diesel is in the OVERCOOLING of the engine and as hot as the rear two cylinders are, the fronts are under temp as well. The middle cylinders are...
Just to clarify, we are going to the dyno to test other items but while there will re-test our kit, since we never did get a HP/TQ difference and A/F ratios before and after. We did all the other testing during development but this one will have an independent observer (the dyno operator) who...
As promised here are the pics of the new ALL CUCV kits. Again this kit requires no modifications to install. The temperature sensor stays in the rear drivers side coolant plate area. The large adapter assembly you see in the pics is made on a HAAS 5 axis CNC machine out of a solid billet of...
Here is the finished product of our new billet plates. This new design is machined on a HAAS 5 axis CNC machine out of solid 6061 billet and then anodized for long life and good looks. Where the original plates were a one by one machining process, these are made in bulk.
In other news we...
