Sorry, the Report Post button is under the user's info/avatar and it has an exclamation point on it. See the attached pic. Joe, you are right. Some members don't forget, they just post whatever they want in spite of the rules.

Need items picked up at Hooks

Thanks anyways ARY. I just spoke with the lady at Hooks. She told me it is due to be picked up by the 25th. I was counting the weekends and the holiday, so it turns out I have a little more time. Is anyone else close by that can make the trip? All else fails, the lady said the UPS store...

No More Political Avatars or Signatures or Slamming!!!

Oh, how quickly we forget! I am bringing this thread back to the top because of a recent spike in political jabs. Don't say, "It's the new guys who haven't read the rule," because it's not. It is a lot of long-time members who are breaking the rule. The mods and I are getting tired of editing...

    OK track guys

Never mind. Just looked in TPUB and it says the M728 combat engineer vehicle is the end item. Nice!! Wonder if there are any out there in civi hands? Looks like it was built on the M60A1 chassis so there should definitely be someone that wants them.

4.4 miles per gallon? Is that right???

It is dimensionally the same cab. I believe the dash configuration is the only difference. The cabs didn't get larger until the 939-series came along.

4.4 miles per gallon? Is that right???

I got around 6-7 MPG on my 400 mile round trip to Aberdeen in my M923A2 running 60 MPH with around 1000 lbs in the back.

So who is the biggest mil truck dealer in p.al.

If I had to guess, I would say Eastern sells the largest volume of trucks. Dave is a nice guy and a Steel Soldiers supporter.

My BIG M925A2 Project Truck Is Home

Great pics, Chad. I like how you can see the blowing rain in the background! It was a good day of wrenching otherwise. The alternator wiring looks very professional considering the amount of salt corrosion. Good thing we had a torch. It never would have held with just an iron.

My BIG M925A2 Project Truck Is Home

Good point Bjorn. We will have to put our heads together on this deal in a few months when I have a running truck to work with. We could make a lot of people happy if came up with an effective plan to eliminate the PCB. Here's a video shot with my BB yesterday: YouTube - 925A2 running Sorry...

My BIG M925A2 Project Truck Is Home

Chad, no problem on the connector. The field mod says to disconnect it, wrap the terminal with tape, fold it back against the harness and wrap it with more tape. Easy fix. I wish you could have seen it running too. There was a nice cloud of smoke and cloud of bees! I had to wage war on the...
