No it does not have to be for a specific vehicle. Mine was good for a year for multiple vehicles

The bleeder screw is on the front of the injection pump on the inside of the pump toward the block. 10mm wrench

Yes. Put tranny in neutral and the transfer case in neutral. Should be good to go

Keeping the front wheels straight and letting off the brakes is fine if your not headed into oncoming traffic. i was maybe going 30mph at best..
