An idea hit me today, I may try a dual tank setup inside the front of the M105 bed. I will purchase an external pump and mount it under the bed, probably inside the chassis. I will have a small tank (5 gal?) for diesel and use the factory deuce fuel tank for waste motor oil (WMO). The outlet of...
Attached below are reference pictures taken from the XM381.com website.
The M105 trailer springs mount to the side of the deuce frame.
The deuce front springs mount below the deuce frame.
I will be using deuce front springs for the rear of my bob project currently in progress. I won't be able...
If you look really close at the photograph you can see the tan colored brake line. From the axle it goes straight up and then at an angle towards the 10 o'clock position. I thought it was missing as well.
If the rusted donut side (turbine) starts small and fans out much thicker then it's a C turbo (aka whistler). If the rusted side is the same size donut all the way around then it's a D turbo.
Based on the redneck principles above that there turbo is a whistler! :D
The rear of the deuce frame is bare waiting on the lift kit. It should be here soon.
I booked my slot with the chassis fabricator to get my external roll cage installed. He is booked up for the rest of the year, so I will drop off Isabell the first week of January. I plan on rigidly mounting...
My rims came in yesterday from Stazworks. I saved a little bit of money by asking John to only paint the centers. I will be painting the rims flat black. John included all new nuts, a bunch of o-rings, and valve stems.

That was me. I offered on 4 or 5 different threads to help fix this website for free.
I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. Oh well.
Admin, quit playing around and fix the **** website already. I could have built a brand new website, TMs, classifieds section, blah blah blah in less than a week.
I bought a set of Trucklite LED headlights and auxiliary lights (route clearing) from the same guy. The auxiliary lights tested out perfectly when I hooked them up. I haven't tried the headlights yet because my deuce is an hour away. I'll get to it next weekend when my lift kit comes in to...
Contact member blackrock on here. His name is Kyle. He'll make them for you no matter what lift height you have. He is making me an 8" lift kit with both steering arms extended.
Photoshop isn't helping me much this morning, but here is a laughable mock-up of the external roll cage. With the rooftop A/C there is no need to open the front windshields anymore. I will replace the weatherstripping and then silicone them in place. The entire cage will bolt to the frame...
I bought one of these direct from the website. I used it today and it broke the lugs loose on my bobbed deuce project. Everybody was impressed with it. $160 may seem steep to some, though.
LugWrench.Biz is the website.
Here is a video:

Had a funeral on Saturday so I couldn't work on the deuce until today. We got the bogie removed from the chassis. Both axles were removed and I gave the dog bones to littlebob. I gave TimnTrucks my 6 rims/tires and the spare as well. Since I don't need the bogie setup I gave that to...
Tractor Supply sales rubber mats for the bottom of horse stalls. Depending on your local store you can find a 4 ft x 6 ft sheet of it for $40. Not sure on the thickness.
Here's a link:

The cage will likely be 1-3/4" or 2" DOM tube. I'm not sure if the fabricator wants .120 or .250 wall. It will be a complete custom exoskeleton covering the entire cab from front to back. No welding to the frame so it will tie in with bolted plates front, sides and rear. The top will be 2...
