Since I can't figure out how to edit my post......eat is supposed to be way....the way the spring brakes work. Usually the parking brake is on the dash. On the 900's it is on the floor. The handle dumps the air to the spring brakes. You can "override" the spring brakes on the dash. I know...
A v8 sure would be neat in it. I've got a 65 GMC that originally had a 409 in it, but someone had to have it for a car. Anyways I like originality too. Cool truck.
It relates back to the vent tube. Especially in cold weather, the moisture will freeze blocking the vent tube. I had a 923A2 puke about 3 gallons of fluid when it built enough pressure to pop the fill tube. It was about 10 degrees out.
I think that per the regs that single ownership is limited to 40 years. Contact me if you would like to be compliant.:-)

Oh yeah. Had to go back to my pictures. The breakers on the 915 16.....etc are thermal breakers. Anyway, I would check to see if you have power to wire 35a going to the flasher underneath by the steering column. This comes from breaker cb-2. Also check to see if you have power to the wire going...
I think Castle Bravo hit it. The 920 has relays just like the 915. The 915A1' s had breakers. And most of the relays are used for the trailering lights to convert to 24 volt.
Its great to see Jim Tobul's corsair back in the air. He had a landing accident in may. I got to meet the crew at Sun-N-Fun in April. Talked about when his father Joe flying it for many years.
There is a newer replacement tachograph that is all electric. It uses a pulse signal generator on the trans and a wire runs to the tach. I don't know why they do it but I have seen them bounce like that and run the battery down....at least that is what I thought was running the battery down...
Don't switch the fuel tanks while on the trip. Just run the tank that it is on. The fuel lines have a tendency to dry rot. Make sure that the front glad hand with the vent is clear or the brakes will slowly lock up. Check the gear lube in the trans and transfer. They can leak and you will get...
