    Painting cargo covers

More research: An acrylic paint with a fabric medium added to it should do it. Gonna experiment when I get home and post results.

    Painting cargo covers

OK, found this on the web: "Military-grade tarp material is polyester and covered with a unique PVC coating."

    Painting cargo covers

I'm going to research it. My main question is what material are they made of? That would be a determining factor I guess.

    M1088 roll-off truck?

Do you mean an M54? Also, I would imagine the setup (roll off bed, clamp system, rated winch etc) may be cost prohibitive. You probably would do better financially to invest in a roll off truck. 🤷‍♂️

Pop over to the HMMMV forum, post pics and issues. Also, before one of our resident TM police chime in, be sure to download the -10 and -20 TMs, peruse them and you will have a better idea of what to ask. If you need help finding the TMs, shoot me a PM and I'll be glad to help you.

    HMMWV Insurance help please

Once they write the policy, ask about roadside/towing. I was able to get it on my M923 with no issues. Even after I showed them how big the truck was.

    14.00 vs 16.00 tire size

All- I currently run Goodyear 14r20s on my 5 ton. I'm thinking about going to the wider Michelin XZL 16r20s. Will I run into a clearance issue with my steering tires and will 16s fit on my current rims? Thanks in advance.

    M1009 Drivers side alternator

So because someone found info they needed and wanted to post how much it helped them it's "useless junk"? I've looked through and posted to/bumped 10+ year old threads simply to put them back into rotation as we add new members constantly who may not even know that they don't know the...
