I repack my bearings all the way around about once a year.We do this every other weekend and I have no water anywhere. You can drive threw the water, but if you get stuck and sit in the water it will get in everything. I do check bearings and fluids once a month.
What is the most important thing to do in a hurricane? Take out your mv to the woods of course. Great wet trip today. My deuce, Nickd all the way from delaware, and Waynes 5 ton from Bristol Pa. Also about 10 civvy trucks. Here are the pics.
Just talked to Nickd. He is coming up from delware to go. Hope his luck is better than last time when he broke his steering box. That was a long tow! I will post pics when I get back. This one is going to be deep!
None of the military trucks got stuck. Just the civvys with more ground clearence and same size tires. Come on Rizzo you could drive all night and meet us in the morning. This trip is open to all. Just PM me. More pics tomorrow.

Dave Newmans shop is 15 min from mine. I have bought many parts from him and he always helped me and many of my friends out alot. He gave me invaluable advice on my deuce when I needed it. Good guy to deal with. Mark
Well after putting 50 miles on the truck over the weekend, I am getting used to it. Acceleration, top speed, steering and overall ride and handling are all greatly improved. I will keep it like this for a while till the next bright idea comes along! Mark
Well the hubs are flipped and the 11.00-20s are on, but I am not real crazy about how it looks in the back. I like how the front looks. It steers and drives alot nicer though. O well I will run it like that for a while to see if I like it. How about m135 rims in the front and m35 rims in the...
Well after hearing all the advise on here, I flipped the hubs today and mounted the tires on. Drives, steers and rides better so far. Will post pics tomorrow if its not raining.
I bought 6 m135 wheels and 10 11:00-20 tires. I was going to flip my hubs and run them. But how about the 2 m135 rims in the front and not flipping the hubs on the rear. Then put the rear tires on reg deuce rims and run no inner tire and let them stick out to run super singles? I am thinking...
I agree Kenny, but 4 of us bought usa 6x6's boots not even a year ago. All of are boots are junk already. His product is CRAP as far as we are concernd. Does anybody else make a Quality one peice boot? I would rather maintain the zippers than install his garbage!
