In tank pump is working and have good fuel flow from it--sprayed degreaser over all fuel fittings--did not see any leaks --

Fuel is clean --replaced filters--replaced hh--injectors working--when i installed the hh the alignment was not in the valley between the red tooth and the next tooth--it was aligned on the next tooth towards the front of the truck--could timing cause the idle problem

The valve does not move --have lubed it and did alot of tapping with the engine crank in different positions--removed the hex bolt ,spring and delivery valve and it was clean--oiled everything and the valve is still stuck--time to remove the hh ??---what do you think shep and tom--thanks all...

Thanks for the info--The m151 came from the military that way--I guess who ever put the 1 inch cylinder on just did not care as the other rear was a 3/4 inch--thanks George
