The side on the MBU or the side that connects it (or both). I looked through the TM and didn't see it listed (instead listed as the whole connector including the wiring and connector that connects to the MBU computer). I will go pull an MBU and cable out and look for numbers tonorrow.
Over the weekend, I set up the MKT at Kennedy Meadows to feed 30 of my buddies from college. We have been spending a weekend up here now for 24 years. Covid kept our numbers down as usually we have around 50 of us. Dinner Friday was tri tip, baked potato's, pasta salad and corn on the cob...
So far it has been breakfast of eggs, bacon and hash browns. Still trying to figure out the best way to make toast (suggestions anyone?). Also cooked pizzas in the M59's too.
Thursday I took the MKT to a friends house for a planning meeting for an annual trip we all take (there are normally 40-50 of us on the trip) Due to some of the restrictions we scaled back the event and came up with plans for meal prep and serving. None of them had seen the MKT and were blown...
good trip....I created harness to replace the front trailer plug to wire directly into the trailers harness....other than being a little dim, lights all worked. Fresh air in the tires and believe it or not the surge brake was full of fresh clean brake fluid. Pulled home like a champ. 13 hours...
I am picking up 26 MBU units tomorrow or thursday...won the lot for only 600. I guess I will be fueling and testing those soon too. I have one set aside for you now that I will probably just send up......we can figure out squaring it all up later. I need room LOL.
I have a grease trap, just not the funnel...no cutlery rack although I think if you started a thread for missing parts you would find a few responses for them. I know there are guys out east sitting on all kids of stuff for MKT's.
I have pots for the ovens I think. Cambro latches are easily replaced as I had to buy a bunch to fix broken ones on the 40 plus cambro food carriers I have (beyond the 12 in the MKT)
I found a 16 x 16 foot tarp that covers the trailer perfectly until I get my travel covers back from the repair shop (getting the rubber strips reattached and the canvas TM pocket replaced).
Heading down to Yermo to pick up my M1102 from Sacramento. If anyone has something they need picked up, PM me or email me your release form (ccprinceyfish@sbcglobal.net) If it will fit into the bed of the 1102 I can grab it.
For what it is worth, I used a 16 x 16 vinyl tarp to cover my MKT. It is about the same size as the travel covers once it is centered (although I pulled it lower in the back to fit behind the gas can mounts). It will be my default cover and temporary travel cover as I wait for mine to get back...
