Meet & Eat February 18, 2017
I've talked with a dozen or so guys about lunch next Saturday and am hoping for a good turn-out! No one has commented on the convoy. So it sounds like we will just hang-out and have lunch. I plan to be there at 9:30am Saturday, February 18. Lunch reservations...
This morning, a jeep got behind me on the freeway. It caught my attention because his headlights were rectangular LEDs. I'm assuming his were legal. They were not too bright in my rear view mirror. That was the first time I've ever seen rectangular LED headlights on a vehicle.
Meet & eat February 18, 2017
Who's hungry? It's been a long while since we've had a meet & eat in Montgomery, Texas, and this is a great time of year to get out and enjoy our hobby! Who is interested in meeting on Saturday, February 18 at the Pizza Shack? I have their party room already...

That's a good looking truck! And your first post too... Welcome!
If you can make it, bring that Deuce and join us at the Texas rally in March. There are details on the rally here:

I hope you are able to make the rally! It would be great to see you and neat to check out your LMTV in person. But, certainly, put your health first. If this Spring doesn't work, there's always the Fall gathering.
That's great news!
For those that have not yet attended, here's some general information.
We camp at the Brazos Valley Off-Road Ranch (their website >>Camp<<). The gaits will open Friday night, March 24 (nofearnohope will let us know what time). Folks generally filter in all evening and...
I couldn't believe it, but was very pleased to read that the snow plow driver lived!
The video is a very sobering reminder that things can go extremely bad extremely fast!
Do you have a tow bar? If so, there's no need to modify your truck. Put the tow bar feet on the truck's front bumper and the other end of the tow bar in the trailer's hitch. This will allow you to pull the trailer backwards to get out of a jam. Of course, you may still need a way to prevent the...
Jack's Government Surplus is also one Tucson. Here's a thread with more detail.

I took some time to think about this. It wasn't an easy decision. All of the vehicles in the running are awesome!
In the end, I chose to vote for M35A2-AZ. Deuces have a special place in my heart, and he has one heck of a Deuce!!
That was a good read.
Thanks for taking the time to write the article and sharing it here.
Okay.... I just have to add one more comment.... Yes, I'm jealous!!! :driver:
