This is a pic of the transfer case tag.It say the rebuild date was 1988,The truck has a rebuild date of 2004.Figure that one out???Also what are these green plastic things on the truck,there are 3 of them ?
I am happy with Brian Harrison.I do have a remote power unit for my rear unit.It also came with jack,tools and a full pallet of new parts that I saw listed on ebay $2k,it has a lot of replacement parts in the kit.Just not a transfer case.It does have a new transfer case cover in the box.
Brian Harrison of Harrison trucks has been very cooperative in this matter.I am anxious to get her going.I ran the hook on the truck today it worked flawlessly.
It seemed to drive fine,it made some loud noises when you turned the steering wheel,Loud noises.It doesnt make any difference if its in low range or direct.It just grinds.You can see the input shaft turn when you put it in gear,but it does nothing but make loud gringing noises.
