I dont think mine was listed as an a2(no holes in the body), but it does have the coolant(trans oil) going into the diff, the 12k chassis and has the large 400a alternator. The fan shroud and fan were the normal style though.
I know this is a bit old but i was looking if I had the ctis hubs and rear caps on my 06 truck. I could have swarn I didn’t since I work a lot in that area adding breaks and a new 12k shaft the past few years (It was missing). After looking at a video of a H1 knuckle rebuild, they mentioned a...
wellnuts are pretty common in that size. My problem is ensuring I get the optimal spot to drill and how to tig the current holes. I know hmmwv aluminum is a tad different. I wonder if the window frame is the same. Also if any welder shop has the skills to do it or is it something special?
If...
Never been armored plates. (No holes) and it came with the rails fully installed. M1165.
i originally noticed that softdoors did not close on that side so I assumed that the passenger didnt close. I figured they just needed bending. When I got hard doors, i noticed how off they were. I unhooked...
Not missing. I pulled them out. It was a pain because they were crumbling but with some vice grips, I was able to get them out.
If you ever take those rails off, can you measure from the middle of the top turnbuckle rivet to the center of the well nut For both sides.
as for measuring the b...
I was trying to get my doors and top on and it seemed impossible. This truck came with the top rails and the rear curtain along with the camper tarp. I have a new camo 4man top that I want to get on.
I was wondering if the soldiers goofed on this in the field or am I doing something wrong? It...
Was looking for something to mount my g923 that I got for cheap and found a frame on eBay. I had my battery seat available since I am working on the truck and noticed that the bolts were an exact fit for the frame. Instead of kicking out an extra 200~400$ on a plastic chair, I went with this and...
Wow… this helps out a lot. glad I took electrical engineering To be able to read this. I am surprised that A and B are separate wires on the plug since they come from the same wire on the harness.
I was able to figure out which wire was which and which port it should go to.
Hello all, I am trying to get my hood lights done correctly. My hood wires were cut before the canister plugs. I got new canister plugs and a pair of 12469143 harnesses. Does anyone have a functional diagram of this harness? I have a parts diagram from the TM but that doesn’t help me Much.
i am...
I just got my 1165 started last night after 2 years of piecing it together. (Worked on it about an hour a month). It is an amazing feeling having it move. The brakes need bleeding though.
Not sure how late I am but I got this from an ebayer a while back for 30$ a pop. I just got my truck started today and noblowby yay^^ but I need to do the wiring. Mine was also cut. Since there are no labels, I can use a miltometer to determine which wire is which but I need a diagram for what...
That is a pretty truck. May I ask what the winning bid for this was? Can you post a photo of the driverside splash shield where the headlight wire harness is and the fuel separator drain?
does anyone know what this is for? I am missing it on my tcase so I ordered it because i needed a min order of 20$. not sure what this does or what it is used for.
Not worth the cost selling it. It takes a few days to cure and I only made 1 mold of 2 different bracket shapes. Mixing and pouring the resin is also messy. as a hobby to fit my needs, it is ok but to manufacture these, it is not optimal.
