This is why, in California, I don't go to the DMV with something like an SF97 or G.L. stuff. They don't know what to do and just stick with standard procedure. Please, please, please go to a vehicle registration office other than DMV. It costs a few bucks more but well worth it. Next time...

Make sure the boom goes all the way in and out. Sometimes, they extend the boom and try to pick up something too heavy and damage the boom. That might make it a deal breaker. Also see if you can see it swivel. Make sure that mechanism looks and works well. Otherwise, engines, trans, etc are...

Mine just started to do the same thing although last weekend it started climbing into the red until i turned on the lights and it jumped back down to green. Mine also goes to yellow then back to green when driving for a while. Is running in red considered brushes still? I'm thinking regulator...

I've had luck taking them out, cleaning them with light sand paper and re-seating. Otherwise, just get new lines.

I painted my deuce and M105 trailer with one Harborfrieght gavity fed spray gun ($9.99 on sale). I loved it. Easy to clean, easy to use. I didn't go with HVLP but seemed to have great success anyway.
