Yes it'll work. The 4.0 is actually a better engine as far as longevity and repairability. They sound good too. Better horsepower and torque than a stock throttle body injected Chevy 350.
Use a Jeep 4.0L engine and it'll put both manifolds on the opposite side, then some simple plumbing and done. The 4.0 is a great engine as well, and lots of torque, plus aftermarket support. You can go electronic with it, or old school carbureted with the 4.2L if you want.
If you have the sticker denoting " silicone brake fluid only" use only Dot5 brake fluid. It is obvious that you are new here, so don't be afraid to ask questions, but don't be bull- headed. Listen to the advice you are given here. We only want to help you.
Pretty impressive charge time there. What panel setup are you running again? Several 100W panels right? What system voltage on the solar charge side? 24v right?
I remember you built your own panel brackets, just don't remember the other stuff.
It is just 1/4" Dot air line and fittings, available at any truck parts supply place. The air line ferrules work too. All of us use these without issue.
That would be cool. No reason the new ones from Erik's shouldn't last a very long time though, especially as little as most people drive their deuces. Just remember to grease them.
