RE: Re: RE: MI. Events
We are talking about the Great Lakes MVPA website. Curt has the link above.
Ted,
I am signed up and going. See you there. Were you going to come down 127 to 94? If you are we could try to meet up and convoy.
RE: Re: RE: MI. Events
Renewel form comes in the fold of one of the newsletters. I think it is the one sent out in December. Easy to miss. Go to the website and I think it gives an email link to the treasurer.

It is a pre-turbo. I was getting about 850 or 900 before turning the fuel up but want to take it slow with the adjustments. After I get the five ton picked up I may get slightly more aggressive with the adjustments.
Do you know there are three? The primary is on the front of the passenger's side frame rail near the alternator. There are two secondary filters and they are the ones that look identical on the driver's side of the engine.
right now the boost is around 9 psi on a hill and the pyro gets to around 900 or so. I want to see how it does pulling the five ton home before I turn up the fuel any more. Right now I put about a flat and half or so into it.
RE: Flying wrecker
When we would sling load our howitzers we would have to do a hook at the front and the rear. The guy at the rear has to stand on the baseplate and stretch to get the thing hooked in. The guy in the front had to sit on his back about two feet under the helicopter. Any higher...
I don't think the one we are talking about is a military filter and does not cross to a civy number. Instead of a paper element it is like porous stone. I have seen fuel filters like it for older chevy small blocks.
Bruce,
Was yours paper or the stone type? The stone is the reusable but...
Looks good but one thing I see is the defroster cable is not connected to the heat distribution box. You may need a new cable. Good snag on taking the tools and batteries. I did the same thing with my deuce. It had two fairly new Deka 6tls. Have a safe drive home with it.
Thanks Ted. I think I should be good but I am going to Lansing tomorrow for the Michigan/Michigan State woman's basketball game. If you are around I might just take you up on that. Does yours have the MWO applied? If not I may be able to set you up with the kit since it will not fit mine. PM me...
If your local store can't cross the Napa number to an Anco number let me know and I can check with my store again for the number. My local store seems to be able to cross just about any Napa number.
The napa numbers are in a tech article on changing the wipers.

I forgot to write down the Anco number but the Anco did not need to be trimmed like in the tech article. The Anco arms are thin so make sure you...
I got the gauges off ebay individually. They looked the most like a military gauge. I got the box from Radio Shack. It is a project box. I then got a 1 1/2 inch muffler clamp. I used this to mount the box to the steering wheel. The Pyro is self powered so I only had to get 24 volt bulbs for the...
RE: Re: RE: changing water hose on deuce
I was just looking at mine today. Is the hose 1 3/4 inch? Also, is the hose behind the oil filters 2 inch like the upper radiator hose? I am pretty sure they are but I am eyeballing it.
