That turbo seems to sit kind of high (compared to the rest of the block), are you needing to build out a spot for that or will it all snug under the hood okay?
I wouldn't know what to look for inside a transmission:
- What's generally the first thing to look for (besides broken gear machining), like is there a conventional sequence of things to inspect once you open one up?
You likely got a good point there. The "regulations" aren't all totally BS, but then there's something to what you say, also.
Somewhere in the middle of the two issues is probably optimal.
