The civi hummer is the modern day Willys CJ2A. Campare the prices of like condition CJ2As to a WWII jeep. A WWII jeep will easily bring twice as much or more than the CJ2A. This is going to happen to the Hummer versus the HMMWV. The HMMWV already brings more money than a like condition...
mos likely the rings. check to see if the CDR valve is clogged. If so this could cause your problem. The best way to determine if you have a major problem would be to have a cmpression check done on all cylinders.
The engineering drawings and specs are most likely in the public domain. How do you think the Russians copied the space shuttle? The plans were publicly available.
I doubt there is is a theft of intellectual property. The original developers agree to turn over all design and copy information to the US goverment when producing a tacticle vehicle. The government can supply that info to any contractor who can then bid on the contract.

be careful what you ask for. The new law in WI is very restrictive on the use of your MV. Bascially you can only drive in parades and to and from events. I would rather have a regular registration and drive whenever I want.

Your truck is missing the starter button and was wedged in between several others. I did not have a chance to try and jump the starter. It looked fairly good. Your going to need some wasp spray. One huge nest under the dash near the guages.
Very nice to see. The 105 bed will look good and you can always stay on the look out for a GMC CCKW Bed. I think the wooden compsite body is what was used. Now you need a SRC299 radio set.
That appears to be a T17 or T17E1 halftrack. Originally configured with a cargo bed from a GMC to haul a SRC299 radio set that weighed in at 5000lbs. This is why the armor was removed and replaced with the soft skin from an autocar truck.. If this is original it is very rare. Not Many were...
