Just an update. I talked to Govplanet last Friday. My SF97 went out on March 25. Said it will be a month to a month and a half to receive it.

You can use any H4 bulb you want also, led or Halogen. I use the led for the low amperage it uses.

The 6.5 injection pump from a regular na Chevy truck has the same guts as a humvee. Throttle linkage and 24v stop solenoid is one of the main differences. You can get rebuilt Chevy 6.5 pumps all day long for $400. I think when you add humvee to the name it raises it 500 dollars. Just my thought.

Govplanet guys are always cool with helping fill up tires and anything they can help with. I was even offered to drive a 8x8 when I picked up my mep.

My tires were from 2009 as well but looked brand new as well. No cracking. Not like my 2003 M1123. I did drive 60 the whole way home. Was not going to push it. I think since it was freezing the tires didn't get a chance to heat up to blow!

What have I done for my Humvee today? I got it a play friend to pull around. 320 Miles to Sparta, Wi. and back. It will get painted 383 Green to match truck. Also a few pictures of the other goodies in the yard. Got to drive a 8x8, too bad out of my range.
