    Passenger seat question. From what I have been hearing is that most of your standard "Line Haul" trucks in the trans units had the passenger seat. Often on longer trips, a 2nd driver would go along so that seat would be needed and for the most part, there was really no reason to remove...

    Never seen or heard of a beer tap as a shifter in VN. Now a Hurst T-shift handle....................yes. Sandbags in VN were burlap.

    Hammer a wood dowl in it or maybe a piece of tubing with a large bolt in the other end with 2 hose clamps. You could also just crimp it closed and weld it up I guess.

    The 12 panels are for the cab and outer wall. I still have 4 inner walls and since I am making the gun box removable, I will have a floor to support it all. She won't sneeze at but I bet she will grunt a little.

    Well I thought you might have added the M-43 leaf spring pack for the extra weight. There were a couple of M-37 GT's that had that luxury for a field mod. Looks good from my house what ever you used :)
