Passenger seat question.
From what I have been hearing is that most of your standard "Line Haul" trucks in the trans units had the passenger seat. Often on longer trips, a 2nd driver would go along so that seat would be needed and for the most part, there was really no reason to remove...
Ive always loved that first pic...........The dash is placarded "No Smoking" yet if you look at the drivers windshield handle, he has his pack of cigaretts there. (a typical place where they are kept)

Hammer a wood dowl in it or maybe a piece of tubing with a large bolt in the other end with 2 hose clamps. You could also just crimp it closed and weld it up I guess.

The 12 panels are for the cab and outer wall. I still have 4 inner walls and since I am making the gun box removable, I will have a floor to support it all. She won't sneeze at but I bet she will grunt a little.
Well I thought you might have added the M-43 leaf spring pack for the extra weight. There were a couple of M-37 GT's that had that luxury for a field mod.
