If you had particles in the check valve, your IP is coming apart. Start planning for a replacement or rebuild. The stalling while coasting is another sign of it dying.
I worked on a M1010 that would idle great, but if you reved it up and let off real fast sitting still or let off while going down the road at 55, it would turn off. Filter, return valve, tank sock and lines were all checked. A new IP fixed it all.

If it won't start when hot, then you need to start looking at the IP solenoid. Turn the key on and pull the pink wire off the IP. You should hear it click both when you pull the wire and when you plug it back in. If not, then your solenoid is probably going and needs to be replaced.
