Approx 1/2 inch of threads past the nuts,but I had turned the adjustment till it stopped turning.It did throw out quite a smokescreen,totally obscured the road behind me.I don't have a pyro on my deuce so I have no idea of the temp of the exhaust.

OK,just went out and checked my inj pump,I have a PTG pump(small sheet metal circle behind the throttle shaft arm with a clip holding it in) my variable speed lever doesn't move at any point during regular throttle use.It took 20 to 25 seconds of cranking at 1/3 throttle a 46 degrees ambient air...

Will,It only smokes white when it's cold out,In warmer weather it starts right up with very little if any smoke (white or otherwise).

Doesn't look like there is a demil code on this truck,not sure though,last thing I bought from GL was 3 years ago.Maybe someone else can answer that.

Boy,I got lucky,found out that I had my Deuce fuel rate turned up as far as it would go(24 flats or 4 complete turns)lucky I didn't blow it up!I didn't realize I had it turned up that far,It did run quite good though.It just obscured the road behind me unless I was shifting gears.

Ok,checked my throttle linkage,getting full throttle,re checked all fuel line connections,tight,no leaks,fuel or air.I'm gonna try the injector flush this weekend,Is there any way to turn up the fuel without disturbing the governer settings?I do not have an AFC pump,no connection to the intake...

Always seemed under powered/weak.Also extremely hard to start in cold weather(40 degrees or less ambient air temp) the intake heater is working properly though.

Clinto, If possible when you get hold of the owner of this yard,could you ask what he would take for the entire truck.It would be easier to strip parts off it as I need the here at home.Thanks

I had mine turned up a small bit when the injection pump was rebuilt.Has anyone had a problem with the injector cup seals going bad on their NHC 250?,I'm probably grasping at straws here.
