Sweet! For Extreme Sledding for sure. Like down Everest or the Matterhorn! Anything on a less-than 85 degree slope though and you can't be sure it would even start to move. Who wants to go first?!

Typically (as you describe it), the chain there is used as a theft-deterrent (with a pad-lock), to throw around the steering wheel and then lock it off.

How in the name of Sam Hill do you plan to manhandle that thing to wherever it has to go?!
