That might be the point. There are no more rules; no more boundaries:
- You can even own yourself a SEE, even though from a practical standpoint it makes absolutely NO sense!

Wait, that tank is just the oil bath for the winch gearing; right? I just now figured that out. :roll:
The drive comes from the sprocket at the opposite end of the chain.
Still, hard to tell; PTO or hydraulic?
Thanks for the pic. I can't tell from looking at it if that winch unit is hydraulic, or PTO-driven.
I'm guessing by the drain plug under the tank feature (tied to the chain-drive), that is IS hydraulic. But I've guessed wrong a lot before.
What kind of drive is behind the winch?
A number of moving companies now take "piggy-back" contracts to fill up their trucks in house moves between one city and another.
You might google "moving companies" for the area in Utah where you found the tires, and see if you can't find somebody in that area to quote you the pick-up and...
