Oil pressure for the 8.3 cummins will read high with cold oil. After warm up at idle pressure is normal at 10 to 15 psi. Most of the pictures and videos posted for the trucks are taken before trucks are warmed up so psi readings will be high and will vary a great deal from truck to truck.

Wasn't planning to unless somebody needed something from him and I could help get it to them.
Looks like trip is postponed another week anyway. Just talked to the govplanet yard rep and they are sending him to Texas tonight with no one to fill in for him at the Nashville yard.
Southeast Indiana to Nashville with empty gooseneck. Nov. 8 or Nov. 10
I am heading to Nashville next week to pick up a shelter dolly set up. 25 foot gooseneck flatbed. Plenty of room both ways.
Trip planned for Wednesday 8 November or Friday 10 November and will depend on whether or not I...
Nashville area pick up and hold for a few days.
I have a tow dolly just south of Nashville I need to recover, but only day rep is there is Wednesday 8am to 2pm. Would like to see if someone local could get it off post for me. I would be able to pick up same weekend, so should only be a few days...
Most plug sockets usually have a hex drive on the top/drive end so you can use a wrench or another socket on them to let the plug stick through the drive hole if needed. Sunex makes a set of extra deep spark plug sockets that are pretty inexpensive. Gray tools might have something similar as I...
Dump kit under the flat bed was planned. I ended up getting my first 5 ton soon after picking up the deuce and never really got back to the deuce. All of the 5 tons have run good and didn't need the work the deuce did.
My brother bought his deuce from a young man in Colorado who had been living in it. He was actually from Oregon and had driven down to Colorado for work. He had built a 12x8x8 foot box out of 2x4s and plywood on the bed and was actually heating it with a cast iron potbelly wood burning stove.
Oh no. I'm not getting out of the hobby. I still have the m931a2 and 5 trailers. The 931 runs and drives though so I decided it was time to send the deuce on to a new home.
I found a buyer for the deuce tractor and sent it on it's way this morning. Kind of bittersweet, but I couldn't find time to dedicate to it and I was not going to let it sit in a field and rust away. The sheetmetal is too good of shape to do that. Anyway, the new owner is happy. I am happy...
That was my first thought as well Gimp, but it doesn't look cobbled. It looks factory. Either way, it will most likely be in one of the for sale ads. There really isn't enough room to mount it under the lunette.
Juanprado, here are the pictures.
I agree about that jack. I had never seen it either. My plan is to see if that will be able to replace the original jack. Mainly if there will be enough room under there. It is also an extra, as the original folding leg is on it as well under the lunette. That big wheel jack is one of the things...
Perusing the local craigslist a few weeks ago and this popped up not too far away. I have been wanting to sell my m101a1 to get an a2 or a3, but when I found this I
Figured I would make my own a3 out of the existing one.
The guy I got it from said it originally had a generator and a...
To date I have flipped 17 lunettes on m105a2 trailers and have never run into any problems like I read about on here. I use two big combination wrenches to do it. A 1 1/2" of course to turn the nut and any of a number of large wrenches (1 5/16" up to 55mm) that I put behind the nut that acts...
