Daytona resident and M1078 owner... if you have a valid State title issued there is no problem with FL registration... My 1078 came from NC with a state title...zero issues with registration.. pay your registration/title feesb, sales tax and show proof of insurance ... and that's it.. I thought...
there are no readily available TMs for the A1....if you had done your due diligence you would have discovered that obvious fact.. I am not a LMTV God by any means nor claimed to be... but when Noobs ask such dummy questions as "what oil is best or what is a tire".. some in the LMTV community...
funny you mention that... before I installed the Grigsby line and after I bead blasted the OEM, I fabbed up a support "bracket" template using thin bendable aluminum and thought hmmmmm?... the issue was no where in close proximity of the oil line to use as a mounting boss...
what's is quite interesting is that I changed the OEM oil line after reading the horror stories of engine meltdowns should the oil line rupture... once I removed OEM never been touched factory line and bead blasted it... zero visible cracks or stress realted issues... I have a new OEM oil line...
and just think, after your T&E period has successfully concluded and all is well... price a kit well below the marginal improvement MME kit (@$1000+) and you'll make a mint..
resurrecting an old thread… my VIN plate does not have the “D” stamped on it…. Is there another way to determine if the driveline upgrades were performed? (1995 A0)
