So lately the temperature has been dropping into the 20’s at night and 40’s during the day. So the truck sits a few days typically before I start it.
On start up it fires right up but blows white smoke that smells like diesel. When I say it smokes it fills my front yard with smoke. It runs a...
My truck is still loud haha but definitely a lot less. Keeps the kids quiet in the back or at least I can’t hear them.
Without taking the body off the frame there is only so much you can do.
So the carpet is called underfelt. It’s also called 4 way stretch. It is not to bad to work with. They use it a lot in camper van stuff. It is glued down. I used 3m spray glue. Spray the surface then spray the carpet and stick them together...
Also for the tunnel I used 3/4 plywood wrapped it and glued down the 4 way stretch carpet. The hole piece is held down with bolts into nutserts and the top of the bolt is capped off to give it a nice finish.

Also did you change the little bulb in the blinker handle yet?
If not first try taking the bulb completely out and see what you get. If no change or nothing works get the LED bulb.
***** I would try this before the flasher unit****
What is your current flasher unit you have now? Also what brand lights do you have, if known. Sometimes they are unbranded and made in China. The only reason I ask is that someone else had put together what brands work with what flasher units. The cheapest way to rule out in my experience is to...
I can get the light to flash/blink. Blink then back to no light blink then back to no light.…I’m guessing there might be an issue with it being on/running lights then needing to get brighter when the blinker is switched on. Also noticed some other blinkers units out there appear to have...
I did the same thing. Got a 3 wire no load flasher. Still didn’t work.
Update—— So I contacted the seller of these lights they told me that they were discounted because they were defective somehow and to pound sand. Even tho the listing stated New and mentioned nothing about the defect. Anyways...
