Well the fender had to come off anyway to readjust the door hinges. You will find a missing bolt on the top of the fender near the windshield that I used in the Alternator :( We can talk about maybe welding some bracing into the hood. They are as flimbsy as a sheet of aluminum paper.

Hey my bumper was stolen, what is with that. We are going to have to lock the garage door and let out the attack CAT. I hate being 2000 miles across the county :( Love the updates, what a county. I think they are butchering the cow to get ready to Tan the leather for the seats :naner:

Zout is the Michelangelo of MV painting :) I have seen him laying on his back painting like the Sistine Chapel. Angels were singing and the sun shinning.

    Patracy's "SEMTT"

Patrcy would you need to install an aux oil pump? I think if you could get a hole tapped then have a pump you are good to go. The interesting thing would be how to get your circulation on the system. Can you tap and input and output into the assembly?

The funny thing is that I told Ron I was going to get the CUCV to haul him out of the woods and you know what his response was? "No thanks I will drive the 4 wheeler out" Looking back on broken pelvis and ribs and all I think he really does not like the CUCV's :) So Ron did the self Rescue!!!

    M37 Flooding Bad

You can try 3/4 of a turn out on the adjustment as a starting point. I do not think that is your problem. Are all the jets in place in the carb? Fuel cannot normally leak through a carb. It is pulled in by the engine vacuum through the main jets and is mixed with air to get your air fuel...

    M37 Flooding Bad

2 items I can think of 1.) The float level could be set to high and fuel leaking into the intake. (I have not taken this carb apart so not sure the components on this particular carb) Since you tested with only the bowl filled then you should be able to rule out this issue. That only leaves...

Project time once again Swiss's CUCV

WTG I did some early recon on the fuel problem. The throttle shaft is dry going into IP. No other leaks around return hose etc. Taking off the IP top requires removing choke assembly etc so I did not dig any deeper yet. The evil Dr. Zout was yelling to get the CUCV to his laboratory, so I...
