The 365/80R20 and the 12R20 rubbed a little @ full compression on turns. 335/80R20 or the 12.5R20 flavor fit the best no matter what tread pattern I choose.

The 419 brakes are a standard brake system...no air needed other than robbing the vacuum line you already have for your booster now. I would leave the 2nd front caliper installed depending on what size tire you are gonna run and how fast. I put a set of these axles on a Range Rover a few years...

You forgot about the 4th option that seems to be on the rise. 4. You can take it to a shop that overcharges, doesn't meet deadlines, and in the end the quality is garbage. .....So you can get all 3 if you look hard enough.
