We are redoing our entire brakeing system on our parade truck after a brake failure caused by a broken master cylinder. We have replaced all wheel cylinders shoes brake kits master cylinder had new hard lines made, the issue is with the hydraboost.
We have several hydraboost units for the M35...
It is a testimate to how well these trucks are built the operators all seem to be doing well after there smash jobs.
These old trucks keep there soldiers safe even after they retired from active service
I know I am nowhere near there, but this is a very cool idea... We have been wanting to do the same here in Topeka KS at the capital building but we are still in the planning stages.
Been working on the rear axle seals for a couple weekends needed to order some parts. Changed out a bad tire on the inner rear dual, replaceing some bad bad studs new master cylinder new hydravac installed heater coating cab floor installed defroster fans adjusted parking brake installed new...
That is some awsome old iron, I love to see company's utilizing the old iron to get work done and in most cases the old school can and will outwork the new euipment.
Very cool thanks for the pics

Very sorry to hear this, I simply can NOT beleive how twisted that frame is... That had to be a hard hit. I'm glad you are okay and you can always get another duece.
The 7.3 would be a good reliable option to power the duece. The 7.3 will NOT make big power with out tons of money but they can make respectable power for just a few bucks, change the turbo play with the waste gate, and bigger injectors and some work on the HPOP and you'll make enough power to...
Awsome job sir... That is the score of the year there perhaps you will have a duece capable of sub 30 second 1/4 miles. I would take the powersteering off the bus also, should be an easy adaptation to the duece.
And you aren't going to use the at545? I think it would be super sweet to...
That is a P-Pump 12 valver you got yourself perhaps the best light duty diesel made. Capable of huge power and reliability crank that old pump up and throw a bigger turbo on there and you'l have good performance out of that huge chunk of iron.
If you don;t mind me asking what is a 95 blue bird...
With the interior finished off like that how is interior noise level. I would assume it helped alot with thte rattle and squeeks in the cab, also the floor being lined like it is one would think that the florr rattle and some engine noise would be cured.
Looks awsome excellent fabrication
other than draw baring our other duece and 109 vans we have never really towed anything but they perfrom very well on draw bar pulls.
It really comes down to the indidual truck, some of our trucks will hold 55 on a hill with the 109 vans and other can't barely hold 35 on the same hill on the...
Yeppers got the same issue here I've even tried clicking on the crap links that it gives you and they all end up dead links so what was the point in someone messing with the system to redirect us to a bunch of dead links???
Whoa whoa whoa... You have a Ford that can go offroad??? I think this may deserve a thread on it's own.
We went out and purchased some small diameter hose, we are going to try to get it all installed while we finish the brake system rehab and alxe seal replacement.
