    My truck had 82500 miles on it but the pump had been upgraded. It still had the old o-ring's and crumbled when we took them off, they are brown in color. The new o-rings are green in color. I did not turn the pump up, it runs just fine.

    Put new o-ring's on the throttle shaft in the pump. Have not put intake back on yet.:beer:

    Yes those are what I am talking about. The gaskets I took off were open in this spot. I will leave them blocked off then. Thanks

    I have removed the Intake to fix some leaks. The manafold has two small openings that look to go to the CDR hozes. The new gaskets for the intake have these blocked off. One do I need these and two if needed can I just open the closed gasket? Thanks for the help P.S. I did search the forum

    Took the intake off today to fix leaking throttle shaft seal. Hope it goes back on as good as it came off.:beer:

    Mine came from the Army with Prime well PA100's they seem to run quit on the road, my truck shows 81db's at 65 mph.

    Finally got the Roof Rack M1009

    My truck had a dent in the same spot as yours does. I went to Harbor freight, they have a glue on dent puller. Just used a longer piece of angle on, worked like a charm. Cost was around 10.00

    Mine runs real well, if the road is wet I need to be careful or the tires will spin. I have not checked the timing marks.
