Don't want to hijack a thread but yes, original engine and trans. I'm not sure what you mean about clocked backwards. The reason I brought it up was because it ends up similar to the V's drive line and, possibly, the t-case we used could be used as a replacement in the V.

Drives good, just not very fast. We geared it down for the testing that it is used for.

We built a rear engine M35A3 for a defense contractor and used a SCS gear box. http://www.scsgearbox.com/4x4-transfer-cases.html I thought these could be possible replacement V cases.

Bump, any one with any experience? Looking for remotes, found the manufacturer but I'll bet they're pricey.

Look good. I have one. The bed is the hardest part of mine. Cab protector was gone. I got one off a M215.

Finally got back on this and powered it up today. I still have not found a manual for the MK18A1. This thing is so much more complicated than the Army's.
