Never thought the Steyr axles looked as substantial as the Rockwells, but an owner told me today that 2 or 3 axles all get air lockers. Odd to have a front axle locker, but ok.
An inexpensive project for your LMTV. Total cost around $24. SMD 5050 strips. A bit of a PITA to thread through frame. Double sided tape worthless. Glue gun is your friend. Do not use RGB lights. They won't be nearly as bright.
Word of caution. Each strip draw around 3 amps. Might want to...
Thank you!
If you would not mind, If you could drop back so that the three tanks are in view on the horizontal plane (hope that makes sense) , that would be awesome! Is yours a 4x4 or 6x6? Guess I should have asked that first
I moved my battery box forward to make room for a storage box and need to double check my air hose set up. Solvents wrecked my markings to reconnect the lines :(
Thank you in advance !!!
You may want to hit the rubber with some AT ATP 205 to soften up the rubber a tad. Sun beaten seals crack and are hard to work with. I hit mine all the time with it, just to keep it soft. New seals are pricey.
What did you choose for a skin? Metal, FRP, or Wood? One of the things I like is that you allowed for plenty of room for the rear tire travel. I see lot of builds that really hamper this.
