Well folks, It appears I will be sitting the rally out again this year, local fellow bought my wrecked 2003 Dodge 3500 and will be taking delivery Sat morning.
Maybe next year.
One more thing I forgot, I have a complete VIC-1 setup, including 2 crew boxes, 2 or 3 H-161 headsets, 1 AM-1780 amplifier and a MX-7777B supressor, plus all the cables necessary for operation, completely functional.

IF I am able to make it,(and that's a mighty big IF) I will probably only be there Friday and Sat till about 2 or so, I may bring the mule, still undecided at this point.
I have 16 Gama Goat wheels with tires if anyone is interested, 6 have serviceable tires with 50% tread and minimal weather checking, the rest will hold air but are not really roadworthy.
I can bring them if I am able to make it, FREE for the taking, but you have to take them ALL.
That's exactly what I started driving a class 8 truck in as well Ron, a 1964 B-67 Mack w/a Theromdyne, no P/S, and a quadbox.
I haven't moved up much thus far as my current Mack is a 69 R model, with a 237 and a Duplex, still no P/S.
I would have been here earlier, but work hours have been long as of late.
Interesting problem.
I do have a few questions first,
Does it smoke white or gray while trying to start it cold or even after it has been run for a time?
When it does run, does it miss or idle roughly?
At what RPM...
