I would assume that if we extracted that page, made the change and inserted it again, we would have a win/win situation? The copy you changed is complete? We could in fact insert it in the TM forum? Then remove the old copy? Do the same with the 003A TM?
Do we know of any other mistakes we can...
If I remember right, and its only been 10-15 years since I have seen one, it should be on the opposite side of the starter. Open the left side front door. My moth eaten brain seems to remember it that way.
Is the S5 remote local in the right position?
When you find the S9, over speed switch, press the reset. If that doesn't help, take the J37 c-Plug off, and jump pins A&B. Then try and start it.
All TM's for the MEP-009B are not released to the public. I just looked at the cover of the -12, -24P and the -34. So if GMG have them, more power to em. Our Forum rules prevent posting anything but A Distribution.

thanks. I will look into getting the Deoxit cleaner. Yes the rods on K1 move freely.
Have you used 24 VDC to make them move? Or just pushed them down and let them spring up?
Do not forget, you can test K1 on the work bench. Two wires from the Slave rcpt. to the X & Y contacts. If the plunger goes down, and you should test at least 20-30 times, then put it back together. Then install it. Put the gen set on load and let it run. See if the fault happens again. If so...
