I have not had a problem with EUC's, 10 days to three weeks. however SF97 are a different matter. Currently 5 1/2 months and waiting on two of them. I'm not bidding again until the problem is solved.
I bought two M35A2C's on 4 Feb 2015' the EUC's cleared the first week in March. I filed for SF-97 at that time, as of Friday, Aug 7 nothing. I have started calling weekly and am told the same BS that it is being processed and should be ready in several weeks.

Keep in mind that these "smart chargers" will give you a bad battery prompt if the battery is less than 7 volts. You need a "dumb' 12 volt charger to bring it above 7 volts, then use the "smart" chargers. I have had good luck with the NOCO Genius charger. It is expensive but will save you money...
